Special regimes and nationality-based restrictions. The journeys and analyses presented rely on each destination's general immigration regimes. They do not exhaustively cover special agreements between certain States (exemptions, facilitations, quotas, or preferential procedures reserved for certain nationalities), nor entry restrictions or bans that certain destinations apply to nationals of certain States, nor individual situations (entry bans, alerts, prior records). Before taking any step, verify your particular situation with the destination's official authorities.

This legal notice is governed by Luxembourg law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the courts of the judicial district of Luxembourg shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory jurisdiction rules applicable to consumers.

These Terms govern access to and use of the nomadpass.online platform as well as the purchase of the "Complete application" plan. Any use of the service implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.
Essential limitation. nomadpass is not a provider of legal services. The service does not include representing the user before authorities, nor any guarantee of obtaining a visa or residence permit.

Prices are shown inclusive of all taxes. nomadpass reserves the right to change its prices. The applicable price is the one in force at the time of the order.
Application credits. The “Complete application” plan includes 3 application credits, valid for the duration of the access (1 year). Each visa application created consumes 1 credit, permanently and irreversibly : subsequent deletion of an application by the user does not restore the consumed credit. Beyond the included credits, the user may purchase additional credits at the current price (€9 incl. tax per credit). Credits are personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
The order is finalized upon secure payment via Stripe. The user receives an email confirmation. Access to paid features opens immediately after the payment is validated.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to nomad content whose performance has begun with the consumer's prior agreement.
However, nomadpass voluntarily applies a customer-friendly policy:
nomadpass cannot be held liable in the event of a visa denial, a regulatory change after the application is generated, inaccurate information provided by the user, or service interruption for maintenance. In any event, nomadpass's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user.
The user may delete their account at any time from their personal space or by contacting contact@nomadpass.online. nomadpass reserves the right to suspend a user's access in the event of a breach of these terms.
These Terms are governed by Luxembourg law. This choice does not deprive a consumer residing in another European Union Member State of the protections afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, the courts of the judicial district of Luxembourg shall have jurisdiction, subject to the same reservation. For any consumer dispute, the user may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or Luxembourg's national Consumer Ombudsman service (Médiateur de la consommation).
